Delivery/Shipping:
Standard shipping is Canada Post. Courier service is available for non stock items at the customers request. Charges applied will be based on Carrier rates. P.O Boxes are not accepted for courier services. Thats Courier Policy not ours. We do accept PO Boxes for Canada Post.

Substituded Items: If you do not indicate in the comments box at check out that you do not want a substitute we will in fact substitute your item/items with an item that is the closest to yours. The value wil be equal or greater than your original order. We will not accept orders returned because you recieved a substituted item if you did not indicate you don't want a substitute at the time of check out.

We will ship all available items, and ship out-of-stock items as backorders upon re-stocking. All items are discreetly packaged and labeled.

You may send check but remember until the check is processed through your bank we will not process your order. Certified checks are as good as cash so your order would be processed faster.

Catalogs:
We do not offer a print catalog of our products yet. We update our product selection frequently, and our online store always represents our most current offerings.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: Adult Toys, Products and Novelties:
All novelty sales are final. We will gladly exchange defective merchandise. Within 10 days of receiving your order, you may return your item if it is still in original packaging and has not been opened. Oils and lubricants may not be exchanged.

Refunds: All refunds are issued using CertaPay or by check in the mail.

Clothing:
Exchanges permitted provided it is a manufactures defect. Clothing items may be exchanged for any other merchandise in the online store. Items for exchange must be returned within 10 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for restocking fee of 25% of the cost of the item.
